Reset a forgotten password
- On the My Account login page, choose the forgotten password link.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Check your inbox and follow the link in the email.
- Choose a new password, then log in.
Pupils can't reset their own passwords. Teachers can look up a pupil's login in the Teacher Dashboard. See A pupil has forgotten their login.
